This is a healthy and diverse blend for your bird. Prissy loves this mix. This blend will differ from time to time depending on seasonal availability. We do grow a lot of our own fruits and veggies so we will always try to incorporate those. All of the grains and nuts in this blend have been soaked for the appropriate amount of time and beans sprouted prior to freeze drying.
